The Imagen archive management system can be combined with Optibase
real time encoders to provide live video streaming at high bit
rates across LANs. We have built systems which have 60 live
MPEG-2 video streams being delivered to 120 users as well as
archiving all the streams at the same time.
If you have a requirement for a number of video streams to
be delivered on-demand or under control of a master schedule
then Imagen can be configured to meet your needs. We can scale
up from a few live or archived streams to many hundreds of
streams.
As well as streamed output, video can be output to tape.
We have a number of systems that allow users to create orders
(across the Internet if necessary) for a compilation tape
of clips. The clips are retrieved from the archive and are
written to tape, with on-screen information added as required.
We have also developed software to print tape labels and transcripts.
