Uploading via FTP

ImagenLite can be configured to send the selection of media situated in the disk view over FTP to a remote server location. This means that selected content in your database can be uploaded to a live websites where the metadata can be added to a live searchable database and the media accessed via the internet.

You can set up your target FTP details by clicking the CONFIG button. (If you cannot see the CONFIG/UPLOAD button it means your version of ImagenLite is not configured to support FTP uploads.)

You can create a number of different ftp targets and select them from a drop down list:

Use the various controls (New, Edit and Delete) to set up and store ftp accounts. You will be required to enter a valid FTP address, Username, Password, Port and target directory of the server you are attempting to upload to.

ImagenLite will give you feedback to let you know how the upload is progressing.
